The diagram below outlines a standard process, but our process is sufficiently flexible so that it can be customised to meet a client’s specific business requirements:

Implementation of the Affida program is underpinned by the following key elements:
- Clear agreement amongst all parties to Affida’s procedures
- Scheduled meetings with all stakeholders to ensure accountability and results
- Active review of claims strategies and implementation (including, attendance at claims reviews with Insurers, ongoing involvement in claims to ensure desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner, and assistance with claims management covering both injury management and claims estimates)
- Active management of all procedures through regular reporting to Affida
- Flexible client reporting that meets all information requirements.
