Implementation of the Affida program is underpinned by the following key elements:

  • Clear agreement amongst all parties to Affida’s procedures
  • Scheduled meetings with all stakeholders to ensure accountability and results
  • Active review of claims strategies and implementation (including, attendance at claims reviews with Insurers, ongoing involvement in claims to ensure desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner, and assistance with claims management covering both injury management and claims estimates)
  • Active management of all procedures through regular reporting to Affida
  • Flexible client reporting that meets all information requirements.
